Last look opposite direction
Go if safe.

Turns No Stop Required:
Check mirror, signal, SCAN (plan)
shoulder check in the direction of the turn(3-4 car lengths before the turn)
Do one Last scan of the intersection
just before starting to turn.
Speed Control on Rolling Turns:
Slow down to 25-30km, take your foot off brake just before starting to turn the car. Press on the gas as the car begins to straighten out. Increase speed away from the intersection.
